Twente Airport is facilitating, in one of its hangars, the space to make various modifications to the aircraft in preparation to allow it to fly unmanned. Engineers will begin making the "upgrade" in the month of June. The aircraft will begin cab tests at Twente Airport and may also make some test flights. These activities fit perfectly with the space and facilities we have here at Twente Airport and Technology Base for testing and flying.
Space53, University of Twente, Technical University Delft and PUCA (Platform for Unmanned Cargo), among others, are closely involved in this development.
