We use cookies on our Twente Airport website. The information that Google collects is depersonalised as much as possible. Your IP address is explicitly not supplied. The information is transferred to the United States and stored on servers there by Google. Google has pledged compliance with the Safe Harbour principles and is affiliated to the Safe Harbour programme of the US Department of Trade. This means that there is an appropriate level of protection for the processing of any personal data.
Hotjar
Twente Airport uses Hotjar cookies. These cookies identify you as a unique visitor and ensure that you are shown the right content. We use this service to monitor website traffic and generate reports about how visitors are using our website. With these cookies, we can continue to keep track of you throughout a session (for example, a registration process). These cookies automatically delete themselves after 365 days. Hotjar always saves all the information about a session. That includes the keystrokes that visitors make when filling in forms. To protect the privacy of personal data in Hotjar, Twente Airport uses the option to ignore keystrokes and exclude certain fields. Hotjar in any case never displays IP addresses. It does, however, display a unique ID, but this cannot be traced to the IP address (of the individual Hotjar user).
Social networks
Our website, twente-airport.nl, includes buttons that promote or share web pages on social networks such as Facebook and Twitter. These buttons use pieces of code that themselves originate from Facebook or Twitter. This code is used to place cookies. We have no influence on this.
